- Only allergy-related dietary requests can be accommodated.
- Please kindly note that the participation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases where the participant is unable to obtain a VISA.
About Technical Tour
- Those affiliated with a University or Company in Japan, please make payment in Japanese yen.
- Please kindly note that the tour may be canceled depending on the number of participants.
- The tour venue is planned to be held within Tokyo (gathering and concluding at the tour venue).
About Early Career Researcher/Engineer Excellent Presentation Award
The "Excellent Presentation Award" will be awarded to early career researchers and engineers who had outstanding presentations. Eligible candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
- Those who have submitted and presented a paper as the main author and presenter.
- Must currently be a student or have been employed for ten or fewer years as of the start of 2026 (i.e., after January 1, 2016).
We look forward to active submissions from early career researchers and engineers.
